Finalizing an Estate

Accounts are referred to Phillips & Cohen Associates by creditors after they are notified that a customer has passed away. Our responsibility is to help manage these accounts respectfully and in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Estate-Serve℠ is our online portal offered as a convenience for the Executor, Administrator or Authorized Individual. Visitors can provide information online, eliminating the need to make a phone call unless additional assistance is needed. Login information is available on our initial letter or by contacting us.

Phillips & Cohen Associates was formed in 1997 as a financial recovery services company specializing in deceased account care. We work with creditors and estate representatives to manage accounts with sensitivity, accuracy, and respect.

Why We’ve Contacted You

An account was referred to us by a creditor client following notice of a customer’s passing. We specialize in deceased account care and are here to support the Authorized Individual managing the estate.
