Wilmington, Delaware – October 2019 – Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. (PCA), the international deceased account management specialist, servicing creditors in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Germany and New Zealand, is excited to announce the appointment of several key European executive roles as it continues to expand internationally.
Ana Suarez Minguez, has been appointed as Site Director for the business’ Madrid office and will lead the growth of PCA’s Spanish and Portuguese servicing capability. Ana is a known innovator and qualified lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the legal and debt collection market. Prior to joining PCA, Ana was most recently responsible for leading Kruk’s Spanish operation.
Ana will be assisted in the growth of PCA’s Portuguese servicing with the appointment of Pettra Duarte as Team Coordinator for Portugal. Pettra brings with her 19 years of experience in the Portuguese banking industry across a range of disciplines and will be primarily responsible for service delivery and managing the Portuguese team as it grows.
Having recently signaled intentions to open in Germany with acquisition of a site in Düsseldorf, the group has now confirmed the appointment of Sebastian Petig as Managing Director for the German market. Having started his career as an apprentice with Lowell/GFKL in 2005, Sebastian has experience across a range of disciplines and joins PCA from Intrum, where he was Site Manager for their Mönchengladbach office. Sebastian brings over 14 years industry and market experience and will lead PCA’s expected German growth in the coming years.
