We only collect personal information that is necessary for the legitimate purposes of our debt collection activities, estate management services (Estate-Serve), and consumer communications. All the personal information we hold about you will be processed by Phillips & Cohen and stored in data centers located in Canada. The purpose of our processing is to contact you to discuss an estate to which you are an appointed representative, Administrator or Executor and, where relevant to take payment to settle the outstanding balances. We will not record or share your payment information (i.e. Card number or bank details) unless we are required to do so by law. We will only share your contact information with our client and approved third parties that apply the same levels of information security and privacy as Phillips & Cohen.
When you fill out online forms or contact us directly, we may collect:
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Account details or information regarding an estate you represent.
This Website also collects and uses information in aggregate form to track the total number of visitors to our site, the number of visitors to each page of our site, the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers, and other such technical information. When you use the Website to make a payment for a debt referred to us, cardholder personal information including name, address, account or case reference numbers, security information or other verification information used to access your account, payment information will be processed by our payment processor, REPAY Holdings, LLC, in accordance with their Privacy Policy and in alignment with this Privacy Policy.

Children
We do not intentionally collect information from persons under the age of 18 or 19 depending on the province.
