Our initial communication is sent to the customer’s last known address in an attempt to identify the Executor or Authorized Individual on the account. Due to privacy requirements and federal guidelines, we do not include account information on the letter. Once an Authorized Individual is verified (online or by phone), we can provide detailed client information.
