Adote is the former Chief Security Officer for the State of Delaware, where he led the state’s information security program with oversight across all three branches of government and statewide education systems. Before that, he was global security operations manager at FMC, Inc., responsible for securing a 90-site international manufacturing and corporate network.
Solomon was recognized in 2024 as one of the world’s top 25 leaders in identity security by Okta Ventures, a premier provider of Identity and Access Management solutions, and has overseen the security of large-scale global networks, public sector infrastructure, and complex financial environments.
